U.S. stock indexes on Friday tallied a second week of gains in wrapping up a session stuck nearly at neutral. The market is almost unchanged and reflects today s good news in retail sales and bad news in consumer confidence, said Hugh Johnson, chairman of Johnson Illington Advisors.The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 12.85 points to 10,624.69, leaving it 0.6% higher from the week-ago close.
